The Pavilion at Rita Blanca Park in Dalhart is a great place to stretch those legs from the road trip and play, eat your snacks or packed lunch, and use the restroom. It has a large playground and is surrounded by countryside with trails. The covered picnic pavilion provided much needed shade for us from the blazing hot summer heat.
